It was possible to vote normally. At one point it was feared that the Guardia Civil would arrive, after it was heard that they had left nearby Vallgorguina heading towards Arenys de Munt.

The Mossos d'Esquadra are reveived with chants of "Votarem" (We will vote"). When the people were queueing, there were chants of "Els carrers seran sempre nostres" ("The streets will always be ours").
