Peaceful in Pineda after the early morning departure of the Spanish police who had stayed in the hotels. At one o’clock in the afternoon there was a strong presence of the Policia Nacional for departure by bus of more police heading to the N-11 to try and prevent the referendum. That night they return to their hotels, where they are received by their colleagues singing.
