At one point there was a warning that the police had arrived. Since there was no queue to vote, some volunteers took the ballot boxes and the institute was evacuated. After one or two hours, it was reopened. The police arrived and the ballot box was seized. People had to leave through the back door. The police damaged furniture and computers and cables, so that it was no longer possible to vote here. While this was happening the people gathered at the door until the police left.
Some locals decide to spend the night in the institute.
